HEY KIDS ... HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO BE IN THE PARADE?

Our Lodge will have an entry in the parade this year.  We will be sponsoring the ELKS U.S.A. Drug Abuse Education Awareness, and we'll be partnering with the Defiance County D.A.R.E. to Resist Drugs and Violence.

If you would like to join us, and help get the word out about these great programs, and our own Elks Lodge #147, join us at Zeller's Scratch and Dent on Clinton Street, at 6:30 p.m. on October 31st.  We will be near the beginning of the Parade, so don't be late!  (You can bring your parents too)

You may come in costume, if you wish, but it is not required.  You may wear your D.A.R.E. shirt, your Elks shirt but, wear comfortable shoes, because you will be walking the entire parade route, as you hand out candy and literature along the way.

Parents with small children may pull a wagon or push strollers!!!
